Last year I was browsing around Myspace a little bit, as I usually do (when I am bored most of the time) looking for some new bands that might be worth listening to. I didn’t really seem to find something that would catch my attention. Until I got on this one page from a band (I can’t remember what the name was, sorry) and I glanced down at their page and I saw something in their top friends that totally caught my eye, I was drawn to it, I had to check it out. I clicked this thumbnail and it took me to this page of a great band, STAY. I certainly was interested and not only because they have cute faces, but I really loved how their Myspace looked like. It totally was not a mess, compared to some band pages I have been on.
I had to give them a listen, and BANG, I was surprised and blown away by each of their songs. These songs are not only catchy, but these are songs everyone can relate to. I was quite surprised, because there is so much talent that are looking for a way to fame somehow, but these guys totally captured my interest. First of all they are very talented plus they have serious potential to become a big band that might actually be touring world wide someday 
I added them as friends, and I left them a comment to thank them for adding and that I liked their music and I was surprised they left me a comment back, not what bands often do.
These boys actually keep in touch with their fans and listeners by talking to them through either Myspace or Twitter. I think that is pretty cool. I totally dig this band and I can’t wait to see them perform sometime, hopefully soon.
These boys are totally worth to write a blog about.
Who is STAY?
STAY is a four piece pop/rock band from Boston, Massachusetts ready to take over the music industry with their catchy pop/rock songs.
In the last 2 years they have released 2 EP’s with some incredible songs on it. They performed at the Vans Warped Tour, did multiple tours, including a 2 month US tour raising money for several charities.
They shared the stage with All Time Low, Hit The Lights, The Cab and A Rocket To The Moon.
The year 2009 has been an amazing year for them. They have released their very first music video for the song “Maddie Kthx”, they reached the #8 position of Purevolume’s Top 20 Unsigned Bands of 2009 and everyone doesn’t seem to get enough of them.
The year 2010 is going to be a very promising year for them, I am very sure. The boys are working on new material and ready to leave you to want some more.
These boys are awaiting a great future ahead of them as musicians and I am sure you will get to know more about them this year.
This is just a beginning of something amazing and I can tell you, and believe me when I tell you this, they are on the way to become superstars and I am privileged I got introduced to this amazing band.
I will keep track of these guys and they have became one of my favorite bands, they deserve it so much.
They really are worth a listen, you will not regret this at all.
